MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Jobstreet by SEEK, the leading career partner in Southeast Asia, is shifting the spotlight with its latest digital campaign, More Than Jobs. This new series pulls back the curtain on women who are more than their LinkedIn titles and are leaders, mothers, artists, advocates, creators. Women building purpose-driven lives, both in and beyond the workplace.
The campaign kicks off with Ryza Dipatuan Razo, the driving force behind behind startup jewelry brand Sparkles.PH. But Razo isn’t just a CEO. She’s a mother, a proud Muslim entrepreneur, and a woman who transformed her journey from working student to business owner, all while chasing meaning beyond milestones. For her, success means creating the life she wished she had as a child and giving her own child even more.

Across the campaign, six women open up about their real lives, raw stories, and redefining what success looks like. Other inspiring women profiled include Dani Tinio, a full-time graphic artist and content creator whose passion fuels her work, Mela Laxamana, a marketing head whose love for food, fashion, and K-dramas proves that joy and hustle can coexist and Germaine Jalandoni De Ruña, a development worker and visual storyteller who bridges communities through creativity and communication.
“We at Jobstreet by SEEK believe that a woman’s worth isn’t just defined by her career but also by how she has managed to become more. It is truly inspiring to see women breaking barriers and taking the lead with confidence, proving that women are limitless—at work, in the community, and beyond,” said Dannah Majarocon, Managing Director of Jobstreet by SEEK in the Philippines.
