Tony Sarmiento Integrates with Ace Saatchi & Saatchi

Tony Sarmiento, who left Proximity Philippines after two years as its ECD, came on board Ace Saatchi & Saatchi today as its new vice president for Integration.  Prior to Proximity, he was regional creative director at Grey Worldwide in Malaysia.

Sarmiento is the first major hire since Matt Seddon returned to Saatchi with a brief to revitalize the nearly 60-year old Manila operation.

Sarmiento has been a member of Campaign Brief Asia’s Regional Creative Rankings list for the past four years and his work has been recognized at the Clios, One Show, Cannes, The Asian Direct Marketing Awards, Asia Pacific Advertising Festival and the Malaysian Kancils.  He has also won at the Creative Guild, the Philippine Ad Congress and the Catholic Mass Media awards.
