With the appointment, Leo Burnett Vietnam will be tasked with the launch of Pfizer’s two flagship brands, Centrum and Caltrate, into the Vietnamese market. Both global brands have yet to have a presence in Vietnam.

Speaking about the appointment, David Probert, National Consumer/Retail Development Lead of Pfizer said, "We are excited about the opportunity of bringing Pfizer Consumer Healthcare brands into Vietnam. We knew that we needed a partner who had a good understanding of this developing market and could also work across borders by leveraging much of the good work they had done already."

"We strive to ensure that our science-based vitamins and nutritional products will become more familiar to the Vietnamese consumers and thus help to enhance their health and well-being. When we assessed our various options, Leo Burnett demonstrated that they are the ideal partner to help us achieve our goals,” he continued.

Lukasz Roszczyc, Managing Director of LB Vietnam said, “To be given the opportunity to help launch Centrum and Caltrate, both top brands in their categories into the Vietnam is definitely exciting. We aim to deliver creative solutions rooted in HumanKind thinking backed by integrated capabilities across digital/social, content and shopper-marketing that will help bring Pfizer’s vision to life in the market place.”

This new win follows the agency’s recent appointment by Vietnam Prosperity (VP) Bank to launch their new virtual prepaid card offering locally.
