Set to take place from May 07 to 11, CreatorWeek will transform Singapore into the epicenter of creativity and entrepreneurship. This year’s inaugural event will feature an impressive lineup of conferences, live performances, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to empower creators, musicians, artists, and industry professionals alike. The conference, happening at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, from May 08 to 09, will be complemented by Music Matters Live, happening at CQ @ Clarke Quay from May 08 to 11, as well as Learning Matters music and creator academies, and the It’s A Girl Thing festival for young women.

CreatorWeek Conference: One conference, three tracks

Passes to the CreatorWeek conference from May 08 to 09 will give access to three tracks – Music Matters, CreatorWorld, and the brand-new AI Matters.

The acclaimed Music Matters conference track, returning for its 19th edition, will host diverse sessions covering the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in the music industry. Meanwhile, Learning Matters will continue its mission of upskilling the next generation of musicians, artists, creators, and industry leaders. Through mentorship, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing

The Music Matters Academy @ Swee Lee Clarke Quay will take place from 10 am to 3 pm on May 10. Presented by Believe and YouTube, the session will enable artists, young executives, and industry newcomers to learn and upskill through the mentorship, training, and knowledge sharing of global industry leaders.

It’s A Girl Thing

CreatorWeek sees the first staging of It’s a Girl Thing (IAGT) in Singapore since the festival topped the
tweet-o-sphere in 2016. An award-winning celebration of female empowerment through entertainment,
education, and community, IAGT has toured the Philippines and India and is launching in Turkey this April.
The 2024 Singapore edition will bring together, inspire, and uplift young women, providing them with the tools and resources to pursue their passions and dreams and celebrate the wonders of being female on the eve of Mother’s Day 2024.

IAGT will feature a dedicated musical stage at CQ @ Clarke Quay on May 11 and IAGT panels and talks. Artists and influencers featured will include singer-songwriter and IAGT India alumni, Mali (IN); Miss Universe Singapore 23, fitness coach and crusader against exploitation and human trafficking Priyanka Annucia (SG); and Sarah Renae Clark (AU), the content creator behind the Color Cube which has captured artists and crafters around the world, plus many more to be announced.

Music Matters Live, presented by TuneCore – 50 artists from 16 countries live at Clarke Quay

From May 08 to 11, the free-to-attend Music Matters Live will bring CQ @ Clarke Quay to life with the sounds of over 50 of the best-emerging acts from 16 countries around Asia Pacific and the world. The event invites music enthusiasts of all ages to discover new talent and experience the magic of live music. Fans can expect music from the likes of Japanese boy band sensation PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE; Australia’s own Oliver Cronin (AU) and Berywam, the French beatboxing crew that were featured on America’s Got Talent.

From the soulful vocals of Indian singer-songwriter and My Kind of Country finalist Dhruv Visvanath,
to the dark grooves of Singapore’s Josh Makazo, and the breezy vibes of Thailand’s LEMONY, there’s
truly something for every music fan on offer at Music Matters Live.
