The allure of Philippine-made furniture is undeniable, attracting buyers searching for bespoke pieces that blend style with functionality. This year’s exhibition aims to elevate the country’s reputation within the global design community, showcasing works that embody timeless elegance.

In conjunction with PIFS, the Interior & Design Manila (IDM) Show will elevate the country’s design conversation, featuring the finest Filipino interior designers, including architects who have made a name for themselves in Europe. The designation of the Philippines as the “Milan of Asia” is no mere title; it reflects a commitment to excellence and a growing global recognition of Filipino talent. From the intricate craftsmanship of Cebu’s rattan weavers to Pampanga’s masterful woodwork and ironwork, the nation’s diverse regional specialties contribute to the rich tapestry of Philippine design. In the capital city of Manila, brands have emerged that specialize in crafting custom pieces using wood and mixed materials. Sustainability is a significant focus, with many designers prioritizing eco-friendly and indigenous materials, ensuring that their creations are not only beautiful but also responsibly made.
