ASIA-PACIFIC – VIETNAM, OCTOBER 8, 2012 – PHD has appointed Duong Xuan Hoa as the general manager for Vietnam, effective immediately.
HOA is bringing in over 12 years of industry experience, working with brands like Abbott, Western Union, Unilever, across a range of categories. She previously held the same role for Starcom Vietnam.
