The 4As Creative Guild of the Philippines aims to respond to the evolving needs of the creative economy by providing training programs for the next generation of Filipino creatives through the Raw School. In a period of rapid upheaval driven by AI, it focuses not only on developing hard skills, but also on nurturing the right mindset and emotional well-being—what it calls “mental wealth.”
Over the past two decades, the Raw School has produced some of the top creative leaders in the advertising and marketing communications industry: Nikki Sunga of BBDO, Jasper Ilagan of NJYN Hakuhodo, Kulas Abrenilla of PJB, Maan Bautista of VML, and Peepo David of VML Los Angeles — to name a few. Starting April 29, a total of six classes held every Wednesday will cover carefully curated topics designed to develop taste, sharpen instinct, and hone the creative person.
Enroll for learning and fellowship

The Raw School brings together a decorated and diverse lineup of speakers, including industry icons Leigh Reyes and David Guerrero, alongside respected leaders Kat Limchoc, Angie Tijam-Tohid, and founder Third Domingo. The program also features in-demand artists and creators such as Red Ollero, Macoy Dubs, Issa Villaverde, Paolo Villaluna, and Marius Talampas.
Attending the classes gives each enrollee the invaluable opportunity to learn from and connect with creative superstars week after week while also fostering camaraderie with their peers.
Enrollees can also earn end-of-semester rewards, including a pair of iPads and delegate passes to the 2026 Kidlat CreativeFest, through their consistent attendance and participation in on-site group work.
For a different class of the Filipino creative

Helmed by Andi Olbés (BBDO), Nikko Borromeo (Dentsu Creative), and current Principal of the Raw School, Jordan Santos (Publicis JimenezBasic), Raw School 2026 operates on the belief that Human Creativity still takes primacy over newfangled AI tools. Thus, building up a foundation of future-proof knowledge and know-how is even more critical for today’s generation of industry practitioners.
“It became quite clear to us that the creative community was not just ready, but raring for this highly popular Industry staple to return,” said Jordan Santos, Principal of the Raw School. “Thankfully, all our venue sponsors gamely agreed to play host, without a second’s hesitation: Provill, Arcade Film Factory, Soundesign Manila, Publicis Groupe Philippines, Dentsu Creative, and IdeasXMachina.”
