With a background in marketing strategy and marketing management, Dondi is a marketing executive with strong FMCG experience from Unilever and business consulting background from Ernst & Young.

In line with this year’s theme, Gomez’s session entitled “JOLLY TO THE WORLD: Working Together to Spread the Joy of Eating to Everyone” will be tackling how the brand in the highly competitive global fastfood market, embarked on an international expansion effort that brought them to numerous capitals of the world, becoming one of Asia’s largest and fastest-growing companies.

Jollibee, as a brand, has maintained its stronghold as the largest fastfood chain in the Philippines. It has also worked to promote Filipino culture by supporting the Department of Tourism’s campaign to promote Filipino food, a first ever undertaking.
