With the improved Yahoo! Clues, anyone can discover trends among searchers of a specific gender or age group over the past day, week or year from a specified geographical location. Comparison of search terms is another feature.

Enhancements to Yahoo! Clues, first introduced back in November 2010, include Top Trends, which presents the most popular search terms on Yahoo! Search; new site design, global coverage , and a new map visualizations.
