AGA expands with Tay Guan Hin as Creative Change Catalyst

APAC Global Advisory ( AGA) announces that  Tay Guan Hin, founder of TGH Collective will join the multi-disciplinary Change Architect- Market Research & Insight, Mergers & Acquisition and Digital Change Catalyst that currently include Kwan Chong Wah, Oo Ban Leong and KL Wong. Together with the AGA team, he will provide AGA customers with creative communication development/ solutions to deliver change business results.   

TGH Collective will also be part of the hand-picked panel of AGA Co-Creation Satellites, joining Leeyau Chun Chuan, See Pin Pin and Lim Wenbin. Together with Wong Mei Wai, Guan Hin and his team will deliver insightful creativity that builds on digital and innovative engagement to increase brand preference through story-telling. 
 
For over 25 years, Guan Hin has been part of the change for global brands like Shell, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Unilever, and Nestle by developing an array of integrated creative business solutions that contributed to the growth of 12 markets.

Guan has achieved many firsts like South East Asia’s first Cannes Lion Jury President Outdoor, Asia’s first Clio Chairman for Print, Poster, Direct, Innovative media & integrated Campaigns, Asia’s first D&AD Jury Foreman and Asia’s first creative jury head in APAC Effies. For the last ten years, he has consistently been voted in IAS Singapore’s most influential Creative Directors. His works have won the following awards including Golds at Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, AdFest, AWARD, Effies, and Spikes. Three of his campaigns are included in The Gunn Report’s Top 10. Under Guan’s SEA leadership, Philippines won their first Gold Cannes Lion and Indonesia’s first Silver Cannes Lion.
