Cannes Lions: Facebook announces film competition

CANNES – Everyone has a story, one that might ignite laughter, tears, love or anger. From monumental life events to everyday moments – it is these stories that create connections and bring people together.

This year, the Young Lions ‘Story in Seconds’ Film Showcase, hosted by Facebook, highlights the next generation of creative leaders and their ability to communicate their stories in a matter of seconds. There are a number of innovative approaches people are taking to embrace the opportunity of communicating ideas in a mobile, feed-based environment, and we believe that the industry’s best work is yet to come. Connected we can create anything.
