Chris Reitermann, Co-CEO of Ogilvy Asia Pacific & CEO of Ogilvy China, commented on the award; “Our founder, David Ogilvy famously said that, ‘If each of us hires people who are smaller than we are, we shall become a company of dwarfs. But if each of us hires people who are bigger than we are, we shall become a company of giants.’ His beliefs have driven us in our global, people-first culture. Our new single branded Ogilvy structure strengthens that culture, which has given us our nickname of ‘the teaching hospital’ of the advertising industry, a title that we’re very proud to have and that is emblematic of the many successes that led to receiving this prestigious award.”

Joanne Chyou, National Talent Resource Director of Ogilvy China, said “We are very grateful for being named “Best Company to Work for in Asia” by HR Asia. As we believe talent is our most valuable resource, this award is an honor and a recognition of our people-oriented policies that are a constant pursuit at Ogilvy China.
