Spikes Asia 2019: Female Creatives Called to Join First-Ever “See It Be It” Program in Asia at Spikes, Designed to Celebrate and Empower Women

For the first time ever, the industry-changing program of See It Be It is coming all the way to Singapore for Spikes Asia 2019, bringing even more opportunities for women in the Asian creative industry. Originally developed and funded by Cannes Lions several years back, the initiative gathers the next generation of female creative leaders with the mission to transform the industry landscape into one that fosters equality, diversity and inclusivity.

It is a unique program insofar as it’s one of the few initiatives in the creative industry that gather such strong and like-minded women from all around the world to take part in a series of executive trainings, mentoring sessions with female leaders who have made a mark in the community, and workshops that aim to empower and support every female creative to realize and use her voice.

For years SIBI has produced a close-knit group of females who come from different backgrounds, cultures, and languages, that, despite their differences, come together in celebration of one another. Of course, this is an inevitable result of days on end listening to inspiring talks and mingling with fellow creatives. This, plus the general atmosphere of excitement, inspiration and creativity buzzing around during festivals as exceptional as that of Cannes Lions and, this time around, Spikes Asia.
