HONG KONG – The Marketing Society is pleased to announce two new additions to its Hong Kong board: Ivy Cheung, Chief Marketing Officer at Chubb Life and Jiunn Shih, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Driscoll’s. This addition to the board is part of the organisation’s ongoing efforts to empower marketers to thrive, connect, lead, and navigate exciting challenges and to elevate marketing’s positive impact across the Asia-Pacific region.
Ivy Cheung is more than a Chief Marketing Officer. She’s a curious, people-obsessed human who happens to use marketing as her craft. She leads Chubb Life Hong Kong’s marketing with a simple question: how can brands show up in ways that genuinely care for people, not just sell to them? Over the past 14 years, from helping launch Mox Bank as part of its founding team to shaping customer engagement at Cathay Pacific, Ivy has consistently gravitated toward ideas that challenge the status quo and create opportunities for others.
Ivy said, “I’m honoured to join The Marketing Society board in Hong Kong at a time when our industry has a real opportunity to reset the norm. I’m passionate about bringing fresh perspectives to the table, challenging comfortable thinking and turning marketing into a force for positive change. By connecting curious, courageous leaders across our community, I hope we can inspire braver decisions that create meaningful value for both businesses and society.”
A board member, advisor, and results-oriented executive with over two decades of experience in FMCG and Agribusiness sectors, Jiunn Shih has a track record of working at the intersection of purpose-led brands and value creation, building brand equity, delivering sales targets, designing commercially successful innovations and inspiring sustainability-led efforts embedded in the fabric of businesses, impacting multi-stakeholder groups. Jiunn joined Driscoll’s in September 2025 as its first Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that, he built a solid sales and marketing track record in senior roles at Zespri, Unilever and L’Oréal across Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
On joining the Society board, Jiunn said, “I am excited to join the board of The Marketing Society Hong Kong at a time when our profession is being challenged to be braver and more relevant than ever. I believe marketing can be a force for good when it blends conviction, commercial rigour and human insight. I look forward to contributing my experience while learning alongside an exceptional community of peers.”
The newly appointed leaders bring exceptional marketing expertise and are dedicated to embracing change, nurturing innovation, promoting inclusivity, and striving for excellence in their diverse roles. Collectively, they will contribute towards cultivating fresh opportunities for marketers to succeed, reinforcing The Marketing Society’s position as a catalyst for transformation and growth.
The Hong Kong board is led by Nellie Chan, Chair of The Marketing Society and Hina Wainwright, Vice Chair. On the board are also some of Hong Kong’s most prominent marketing leaders, including Andrea de Vincentiis (HSBC), Andreas Krasser (Omnicom Advertising), Edward Bell (Cathay Pacific), Ewa Stachurska (Simpson Marine/ Sanlorenzo Asia-Pacific), Geraldine Chew (ex-K11), Kiri Sinclair (Sinclair) and Nixon Cheung (Hong Kong Tramways).
