People: Logicearth Learning Services appoints new Head of People Development Solutions

LONDON, UK – Logicearth Learning Services, a division of The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG), has appointed Tony White as Head of People Development Solutions.

In this newly created role for the group, White will support the growth strategy of the business across its locations in the UK, Ireland and USA. His initial focus will be to enhance and expand the Learning & Development Centre of Excellence (CEO) service model to support Huntsworth Talent Strategy capabilities, TCEG’s parent company.

White joins Logicearth from Allianz Group where he was Global Head of Allianz University (AllianzU) for nearly four years. Tony was responsible for the implementation and set up of AllianzU to support the globalisation of employee development and leadership programmes. He holds a diploma in electronic engineering and is a graduate of Sheffield University where he received his Master’s Degree in Education. Added to this he is also a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (FLPI).

Logicearth Learning Services was acquired by The Creative Engagement Group in April 2020 and forms the digital learning division of the group. Logicearth is currently working to expand its core Learning Services to solve increasingly strategic business problems. In the next year, they will be launching several disruptive products and services around compliance and leadership, in which Tony White will play an important part.
