“We are optimistic, but it’s going to be tough.”

Regional footprints, Blackberry mornings and the Mumbai attacks were some of the subjects that came up in adobo’s chat with Jeff Cressall, a recent Manila visitor who is also Asia-Pacific head of Mediabrands.  

(If you Google that last company name, very little will come up.  That’s because Mediabrands is a relatively new creation, the Interpublic Group’s management structure for its media companies Universal McCann (UM) and Initiative.)
