Featuring key art pieces at Menarco Tower, this is accompanied by visible accents from vernacular architectural elements and materials with modern interpretation.

Contemporary neon lighting also complements the space, a design influence that represents the Bayanihan Spirit. In addition, the lounge also includes canvases of a whale shark, iconic to Cebu and its coastal scenes.

WeWork at Milestone at 5th Avenue also pays homage to local architectural influences by incorporating local Machuca tiles, which are characterized by intricate border motifs. The homage to local culture is further enhanced with unique locally-sourced Philippine rattan panels as freestanding cabinets. They also double up as practical solutions to t separate the Community Bar and the lounge, providing privacy for the community team and acts as a counter space during events held at the venue.
