MAKATI CITY – With the onset of art galleries and restaurants flocking the streets of Poblacion, there’s no denying that the old downtown in Makati is slowly becoming the nouvelle food and creative hub in the metro. Commune adds to Poblacion’s long list of must-visit places. Formerly located at the busy street of Salcedo Village, this cafe and bar, which boasts of everything local, now moved to Polaris Street corner Durban. Dig in as self-confessed coffee geek and one of the founders, Ros Juan, tours adobo magazine in Commune.
