BOLTON, UK — Leading sock and hosiery retailer SOCKSHOP are excited to reveal their 2021 Christmas Advent Calendars and are honoured to continue their partnership with homelessness charity, Emmaus UK.

Launching in October, 10% from each sale of the 25 DAYS OF SOCKS calendars will be donated to Emmaus UK.

The calendars are available in ladies’ and men’s sizes and include a pair of fun and festive socks for every day of December in the run up to Christmas Day. That’s 25 different pairs of quality bamboo socks hidden inside the double-door gift package, each in their own individual festive gift box.

Styles range from novelty Christmas designs to plain ribbed classics to enjoy all year round, all made from a bamboo-rich blend which boasts skin-friendly, moisture-absorbing, and breathable qualities.

With each purchase, SOCKSHOP customers will be supporting Emmaus UK to ensure they can keep offering opportunities to those in crisis and improve the lives of men and women. Emmaus UK offers a home, meaningful work and a sense of belonging to those experiencing homelessness. Emmaus UK communities provide their companions with a home to give them the opportunity to take stock of their lives, deal with any issues they might have, and often re-establish relationships with loved ones. There are currently 29 Emmaus communities open in the UK.

Commenting on the initiative, Alok Ruia, Director of SOCKSHOP, says: “Along with hope and excitement for traditional celebrations with loved ones this Christmas, the SOCKSHOP Advent calendar will bring joy, comfort, and happy feet within our homes. We are delighted to be teaming up with Emmaus UK for a third year so that we can donate some much-needed funds to one of the UK’s most admirable charities for homeless people.”

The Advent calendars retail at £59.99.
