New Business: PHD wins Paragon’s Digital Makeover for Indonesia’s most popular cosmetic brands Emina and Make Over lines

Jakarta – Paragon Technology & Innovation, the manufacturer of Indonesia’s most popular cosmetic brands, has appointed PHD to manage the digital planning and buying duties for its Emina and Make Over lines. The appointment goes into effect 1st April.

The market review commenced in December 2019 and saw five agencies compete for the digital remit. PHD’s digital capabilities and media creativity were cited as key drivers of the agency’s appointment.
