MANILA, PHILIPPINES — PHD Philippines has announced the appointment of Jam De Guzman as the agency’s new Managing Director. In his new role, Jam will elevate business growth, strengthen network partnerships, and enhance client servicing operations.
With more than two decades of media and advertising experience, Jam has previously taken on senior leadership roles in Publicis Media, Dentsu International, and IPG Mediabrands. During his time in the agencies, Jam has built a reputation for producing innovative capabilities, delivering commercial growth, and driving transformative solutions for clients.
Jam’s client portfolio spans a myriad of industries and brands, including Telecoms (PLDT, Smart, Globe), Banking (Bank of the Philippine Islands), Real Estate (Ayala Land, Megaworld), Automotive (Toyota), Apparel (Uniqlo, H&M), FMCG (Ajinomoto, Del Monte), Beverages (Diageo, Emperador), Online Platforms (Netflix, Spotify, Lazada, Carousell), and Government (Department of Tourism).

In addition to his industry portfolio, Jam has played a key role in shaping the advertising and communications landscape. Currently, he serves as President of Media Specialists Association of the Philippines (MSAP) and the Board Secretary of the Ad Standards Council (ASC).
Jam will report to Mary and will assume his new role immediately.
