PHD to open in Taiwan

ASIA-PACIFIC – TAIPEI, TAIWAN, JANUARY 2011 – Omnicom Media Group announced that PHD will be opening its 14th Asia Pacific office in Taipei, Taiwan. Daisy Wang has been appointed General Manager.

A media veteran with two decades of professional experience, Wang joins PHD from MediaDrive, Taiwan’s largest media agency where she was Deputy General Manager responsible for leading client management, new business and strategies. Prior to MediaDrive, Wang worked with Mediabrands for eight years, where she managed and grew the business of a number of blue chip client brands including Unilever, Samsung, SC Johnson and Sony Pictures.

Commenting on the newly established team in Taiwan, Chief Executive of PHD Asia Pacific, Cheuk Chiang said: “As PHD continues to grow and expand its footprint across the region, establishing an operation in Taiwan is a must.
