E-commerce hub DealExtreme.com chooses Ogilvy PR Hong Kong

ASIA-PACIFIC – HONG KONG, JULY 2011 – Online shopping site DealExtreme.com has appointed Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (Ogilvy PR) to raise its brand awareness in Hong Kong and build the corporate identity of its parent company EPRO Systems Limited.
 
DealExtreme.com, founded in 2006, is one of the world’s largest online shopping centre of its category in terms of revenue and customers, selling a large variety of gadgets from the world’s smallest bluetooth adaptor to large toy helicopters. It processes one purchase every three seconds from 2.4 million customers across 200 countries worldwide and stocks over 60,000 products sourced from across China.

EPRO, a listed company in Hong Kong established in 1985, has built a strong presence in China since 1990. Under the agreement, Ogilvy PR is tasked with raising awareness of DealExtreme.com’s parent company and demonstrating the attractiveness of EPRO as an investment option.
