Four PHL agencies win at ADSTARS 2014

BUSAN – Four Philippine agencies were awarded metals at the 2014 AD STARS, which concluded with an awarding ceremony at the Busan BEXCO last August 23.

Only two agencies walked away with Gold prizes: TBWA\SMP for Pacific Paints’ ‘Boysen KnoxOut Audio Guide,’ and BBDO Guerrero for Pepsico International’s ‘Liter of Light at Night.’

Four Silver awards went to Philippine agencies.

TBWA\SMP brought home a Silver in Print Craft for Ayala Land’s ‘Koi Fish Feed Invite.’

BBDO’s ‘Unselfie’ campaign for the Typhoon YOlanda Appeal won two Silvers, one under Interactive, and another under Diverse Insights.

 

Leo Burnett Manila’s ‘Aid Couture’ for Procter & Gamble also won a Silver in Outdoor.

 

The Philippines counts four Bronze awards.

TBWA\SMP won two Bronzes: one in Radio for ‘Oolong’ for Peerless Product Manufacturing, and another in Public Service Advertising for ‘Tree Lungs’ for Pacific Paints.

BBDO won a Bronze in Interactive for Procter & Gamble’s ‘Labels Against Women,’ while DM9JaymeSyfu won a Bronze in Public Service Advertising for The City of Las Pinas’ ‘Pocket Fire Extinguisher.’

This year, 92 entries from the Philippines advanced to the finals.
