DDB New Zealand tops the charts for of agency rankings garnering 28 points while MJZ lands on the first spot among production companies with 18 points. Volkswagen, on the other hand, maintains the title as the number one client in the world for the fourth year in a row with 50 points. United States of America still tops the list in the country rankings.
Any agency in the world is allowed to submit their work at Bestadsontv.com. A creative director on a weekly basis judged the works under TV, outdoor, print, and interactive while radio ads are judged monthly.
Every TV ad that is included in the Week’s Best list gets two points for the agency, production company, client, creatives, and country involved in the ad. Ads entered in the Print, Outdoor, Radio, and Interactive categories gets one point. The points are then tallied to produce the overall rankings for the year.
The Best Ads Rankings rank the world’s leading advertising agencies, creative directors, creatives, clients, TVC production companies and directors according to the quality of their creative work during the year.
