McCann sets up Philippine office for production unit Craft

MANILA, FEBRUARY 7, 2013 – McCann Worldgroup Philippines has set up a local shop for production business unit Craft, tapping Rose Natanauan-Gonzales to lead as general manager. Craft completes McCann’s marketing solutions offerings, initially venturing into print production before advancing into integrated production solutions, which includes digital and broadcast.

Natanauan-Gonzales assumes the role from her former position in McCann as group account director. Her background combines business leadership, strategic acumen, and a body of experience that includes various facets of marketing such as television production, branded content management, on-ground activation, mainstream advertising, digital marketing and production, and business development.

Under her leadership, Craft is set to deliver maximum efficiency via a client-centric operating model – providing cost-efficient solutions, enhanced speed and responsiveness, and superior craftsmanship.  Craft’s organizational set-up will bring together a creative team dedicated to the unit, supported by the global CRAFT network.

Raul Castro, McCann Worldgroup Philippines chairman and CEO said: “The launch of Craft signals an important step up in the way we execute our ideas. As McCann brings to life integrated marketing solutions that are meant to positively impact on brands and people, it’s an imperative that we ensure our stamp of quality on each and every piece of work that goes out our doors, into the client’s hands and ultimately, the consumers’.”

Craft Philippines is part of the global CRAFT network, which sits within the McCann Worldgroup system. Craft is present in 25 markets – including New York, Detroit, Toronto, Buenos Aires, London, Paris, Milan, Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Mumbai and Tokyo among others.
