NEW YORK, USA – The AdForum PHNX Awards have always done things differently. Launched in 2020 to celebrate the resilience of the creative industry, PHNX has one of the most diverse juries on the awards landscape: creatives, strategists, account directors, managers, directors, designers, marketers, journalists – anyone with experience can take part.
PHNX also pioneered a unique entry fee system: entrants only pay if their work is shortlisted. Initial entry is free.
Now PHNX has introduced a new advantage. When online voters give unusually high or low scores, they’re asked to write a short comment on what made the entry great or…not so great. These comments are compiled and sent to agencies.
The system was beta-tested last year and proved hugely popular with entrants. It enables teams to improve case studies and other entry material, or understand more clearly why their work resonates with jurors. Above all, it creates transparency. No longer is the jury shrouded in mystery for those who don’t take part.
Along the same lines, the PHNX Awards Grand Prix jury debates are recorded and screened during the online awards ceremony.
So this year there’s yet another reason to enter. The AdForum PHNX Awards: always striving to be the most creative prize for creativity.
