The New York Festivals International Advertising Awards last call for entries January 11, 2010, opens new categories

The 53-year New York Festival’s International Advertising Awards announces the final deadline for entries on January 11, 2010.  The NYF honors achievement for the World’s Best Work TM in all media on from over 70 countries around the world, in television, cinema, print, outdoor, interactive, design, mixed media, collateral, radio and student advertising.

With over 250 Grand Jury members representing 60 countries around the world, the New York Festivals Advertising Awards has the largest and most international advertising awards jury in the world.

Judging is conducted online, enabling the jury enough time and attention for thorough judging on each entry.  Online judging can also eliminate the presence of scam ads.  Jury members are encouraged to flag suspected scam ad entries.

New Awards this year include The Boutique Agency of the Year.  The award will be selected from winning agencies not affiliated with any agency networks that have less than 75 employees.

Also new in 2010, the NYF has created the Best New Agency award.  The new award recognizes agencies in the business under two years for creative accomplishments, international recognition, and impact on the industry.
