BBH Asia Pacific announces management succession plan

Singapore – BBH Asia Pacific has promoted three staff to management positions following the promotion of John Hadfield from Managing Director to CEO in February this year.

After 4 years as Head of Account Management, Frances Great takes on the role of Managing Director.

Frances joined BBH London in 1999 and transferred to Singapore in 2002, making this her twelfth year with the Agency. She runs a number of the Agency’s key regional accounts and was involved in the wins of the global Chupa Chups and regional SURF businesses. Frances will report to John Hadfield.

Promoted to Head of Account Management is Christina Chong.

Christina joined BBH in 2006 as Business Director to run Unilever’s Vaseline business.  She now manages the Vaseline account with both regional and global responsibilities. Christina’s experience has spanned over 12 years in the industry. Previously, she was Business Development Director with Ogilvy Singapore.

Planning Director, Frank Reitgassl now moves up to Head of Account Planning.

Frank began his career with BBH London in 2000 as a Graduate Trainee.
In 2006, he moved to BBH Asia Pacific and has since worked on the regional accounts for Axe, Chupa Chups, The Coca Cola Company and SURF.

Frank has garnered an impressive number of Effectiveness Awards including golds and silvers at the APG, AME, IPA and Effies.
