Social Panga names Sahil Siddiqui as EVP – Creative Strategy & Growth, marking a strategic creative expansion

MUMBAI, INDIA – Social Panga, one of India’s most dynamic and rapidly growing integrated creative and digital agencies, has appointed Sahil Siddiqui as Executive Vice President – Creative Strategy & Growth. This move signals the agency’s intensified focus on scaling bold creative solutions and enhancing its strategic impact across key markets.

With offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Dubai, Social Panga has carved a niche for its disruptive storytelling and integrated brand-building solutions. In his new role, Siddiqui joins the agency’s core leadership, working alongside Co-Founders Gaurav Arora and Himanshu Arora to expand the creative mandate and drive forward-thinking strategies for business growth.

Siddiqui brings with him over 15 years of experience across creative leadership, brand strategy, and digital innovation. His career spans high-profile roles at Dentsu Creative and Pepper Content, where he was instrumental in launching Pepper Creative, the company’s full-service creative vertical. He has led brand campaigns across sectors including BFSI, FMCG, e-commerce, and automotive, with a client roster that includes Flipkart, Starbucks, Apple, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Gillette, Knorr, SBI Life, ICICI Lombard, and My11Circle, among others.

Most recently serving as Global Creative Head at Pepper Content, Siddiqui’s prior 14 year stint at Dentsu saw him contribute significantly to both creative direction and business growth. Known for his mentorship and emphasis on curiosity-driven creativity, he has also been a jury member at several prestigious advertising forums.
