JWT Melbourne amps up digital team with new operations manager

ASIA-PACIFIC – MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, SEPTEMBER 2011: Fresh off the back of its recent Digital director appointment of Josie Brown, JWT Melbourne further boosts its digital team with the appointment of Andrew Lee to the newly created role of digital operations manager, effective immediately. 
 
Lee joinsthe agency from GPY&R Melbourne where he helped manage growth across staff, capabilities and revenue, including one of the largest digital accounts in the country, Defence Force Recruiting. Lee, who has been active in the technology arena for more than 10 years, began his career in web development before moving agency side. 
 
JWT Melbourne has been steadily lifting digital output, including the recent launch of upgraded web and mobile tools to support the Federal Department of Health & Ageing initiative "Swap It, don’t stop it". The agency also recently created a world-first creative writing community site and mobile app for the Melbourne Writers Festival called Stories Unbound.
