Vista Land redistributes creative agency assignments

PHILIPPINES, FEBRUARY 14, 2011 – Real estate developer Vista Land has awarded DM9 JaymeSyfu additional Vista Land projects and Publicis JimenezBasic its Crown Asia account following a three-way pitch that included Leo Burnett, which handles Vista Land’s Camella Homes.
 

According to DM9 JaymeSyfu General Manager Ronald Barreiro, the agency’s upcoming campaign is for several new high-rise and mid-rise developments. The agency has had a relationship with Vista Land since 2009 and previously handled projects for Vista Land brands Crown Asia and Brittany. Most recently, DM9 launched Vista Land’s EVIA, which encompasses several developments in a "DiverseCity" in the South of the metro.
 
Publicis JimenezBasic Joint CEO JR Ramos revealed that the agency won the middle-income brand Crown Asia from the incumbent Ogilvy, which also handles Vista Land’s upscale subsidiary Brittany Corporation.
