XM-Singapore continues streak of appointments with creative director hire

SINGAPORE, NOVEMBER 19, 2010 – Paul Soon, Regional Director, XM-Asia and Director, Digital JWT Asia-Pacific has announced the appointment of Nicole Pang to Creative Director, XM-Singapore. She will report in to Valerie Cheng, newly hired ECD of XM/JWT Singapore. The hire, which takes effect immediately, follows the announcement of a new management team for the digital agency, with Gerard Lim promoted to general manager, Vince Lui to director for Marketing Technology.

Pang joins XM Singapore from Tribal DDB, where she was associate creative director working on accounts such as the Ministry of Manpower, Marina Bay under Urban Redevelopment Authority, Health Promotion Board and Ministry of Health.

As creative director, Pang will be taking the creative lead on the agency’s key clients including Singapore Tourism Board, National Library Board and Economic Development Board while also working closely with JWT Singapore on collaborative efforts for the groups’ joint clients.

Pang began her career in digital 14 years ago as a creative designer with Adroit Innovations, helping grow the company to one of the largest web and e-commerce enablers in Singapore. She has since amassed extensive digital creative experience working at top name agency houses–Saatchi & Saatchi, DraftFCB and Wunderman–where she played a leading role in the hugely successful launch campaign for Microsoft XBOX Halo 2. She has numerous awards from shows including the Creative Circle Awards, Asian Interactive Awards and EFFIEs.
