McCann’s Living Billboard and OFW Project are PH’s finalists in the 2012 New York Festivals Int’l Advertising Awards

THE PHILIPPINES, APRIL 24, 2012: McCann Worldgroup Philippines is the lone representative of the Philippines as a finalist in the 2012 New York Festivals International Advertising Awards. The agency secured finalists spots for the entries "Where Will Happiness Strike Next: The OFW Project" under Interactive category and "Living Billboard" under Outdoor/Out-of-Home category.

The Grand Jury is comprised of 429 of some the world’s most respected and award-winning chief creative officers, executive creative directors, and industry professionals, selected the shortlist through 2 rounds of online judging. The shortlisted entries were submitted from 70 countries worldwide, and will move on to the live Executive Jury who will then determine all levels of awards: Finalist Certificate, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Grand Trophy, and “World’s Best Idea”. The Executive Jury, an elite group of worldwide creative officers, will convene in New York City April 28th through May 1st to select the World’s Best Advertising through 5 rounds.
