MUMBAI, INDIA – On the occasion of ‘International Day of Women and Girls in Science’, Mahindra Rise celebrates some of the brave, intelligent and revolutionary women who displayed scientific excellence in the face of insurmountable odds. Inspiring a generation of thinkers to accept no limits and drive positive change.
The film created by 22feet Tribal Worldwide, depicts a poem narrated by Pallavi Mahajan, who herself is a woman in Science. The film captures the ripple effect of these women’s “zidd” on generations of women to come.
It is an ode to the challenger spirit of women who shatter the glass ceiling and pave the way for many more to #Rise.
Mahindra Rise strives to propagate equality in education & has led various initiatives like Nanhi Kali, founded in 1996, to bridge the gap of education amongst underprivileged girls.
