IMMAP launches Digital Young Creators 2023 for all kinds of creators under 30

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), the center of excellence and innovation shaping the future of digital marketing in the country, has brought back the Digital Young Creators Competition 2023, slated for October 10.

“This year, the competition welcomes and includes all kinds of young creators,” said Raymund Sison, Chairperson of IMMAP Digital Young Creators 2023. “Whether you are a copywriter or an art director, a UX designer or a strategist, a digital producer or a technologist, a content creator or a vlogger, an in-house creative or a community manager, you can pair up and join.”

IMMAP DYC is co-presented with Google, and this year it comes with a boot camp where young creators can learn from the industry’s best of the best in creativity, technology, marketing, and content creation, and comes with mentoring breakouts too.

The competition is open to all young digital creators aged 30 and below. The competing pairs are given a task to come up with a digital-at-the-core creative solution to a case given to them. The teams are given 48 hours to craft their entry. From the Preliminary Round, ten best teams will be chosen to move forward to the Finals. In the Final Round, the ten teams will present their cases live to a jury composed of industry leaders from creative agencies, digital agencies, brand and marketing, tech, and content creation. The winning team will then represent the country to compete in Young Lotus in Adest 2024 in Pattaya, Thailand.

“We are opening the competition to all IMMAP members, including non-IMMAP members. From creative agencies to digital and social agencies to tech start-ups to design shops to media agencies, including brands,” said Cynthia Dayco, Co-chairperson for IMMAP DYC. “And you can send as many teams as you want!”

Registration is until October 09. To register your team or to learn more about DYC, send an email here.
