In the esports world that is dominated by masculinity, women’s tournaments like this are certainly needed. This event will be a great opportunity for female players in the Philippines to showcase their prowess in playing MLBB.

UniPin as the leading digital entertainment enabler from Indonesia is a pioneer when it comes to elevating the esports scene for women to a higher level. UniPin has been facilitating gamers in the Southeast Asia region for easier top-up access and hosting several successful female-only tournaments in various Southeast Asian countries.

The UniPin Ladies Championship will also become the first women’s MLBB tourney to have a qualifier for the Southeast Asian competitive scene, which is the UniPin Ladies Series SEA Invitational. There, the best MLBB ladies teams from all over Southeast Asia will meet each other and battle for the title of the strongest in the Southeast Asian region.

All participating teams in the UniPin Ladies Championship Philippines will be competing for a total prize of PHP 50,000. The level of excitement and competition is guaranteed to be very high, as the registration for the tournament itself will be open from October 3rd until October 8th, 2021.

The elimination stage for UniPin Ladies Championship Philippines will take place from October 11th to October 14th. Meanwhile, the playoff and final stage is scheduled for October 16th and 17th, respectively.

The two best teams from the UniPin Ladies Championship Philippines will become the country’s representatives for the UniPin Ladies Series SEA Invitational. This opportunity certainly adds an additional motivation for the participating ladies team to give their all at the UniPin Ladies Championship.

Debora Imanuella, as SVP UniPin Community, explains that the UniPin Ladies Championship will pave the way for many women esports teams to show up and compete in the Philippines’ esports scene.

“We are glad to present the opportunity for every female gamer in the Philippines to compete and show their skills with confidence. The UniPin Ladies Championship is not just another esports tournament, but the perfect stage for female gamers in the Philippines to enter the competitive scene, and will act as a stepping stone for female pro players to reach a higher level in the Southeast Asia region. This competition will certainly boost the growth of the female gamers community and the Philippines’ esports ecosystem as a whole,” said Debora.

Liga Adarna, a premier all-female esports league in the Philippines, will co-present the UniPin Ladies Championship together with Eplayment. Liga Adarna continues to dominate the Esports space by hosting one of the biggest all-female Valorant tournaments in the country.
