ANDYs 2020: Winners Revealed for this Year’s International ANDY Awards, with Big Wins from VMLY&R Poland, BBDO NY, and INGO, DAVID and PUBLICIS

NEW YORK – The winners for the 2020 International ANDY Awards have just been revealed, and as the first show of the advertising awards season, it regularly has been one of the most anticipated one each year as it serves as a predictor for what work/s will sweep the accolades in the coming months.

The ANDYs prides itself in celebrating bravery, innovation and contagious thinking that pushes the whole industry forward for over 50 years. It’s one of the most prestigious honors that any agency, advertiser, and creative can receive.

This year, the ANDYs has announced 76 winners, including the three major awards:

“The Last Ever Issue” by VMLY&R Poland for Gazeta.pl, BNP Paribas, Mastercard won the major GRANDY Award, as well as metals for the BRAVERY, CRAFT, IDEA, and RESET categories.

 

“Moldy Whopper” by INGO, DAVID and PUBLICIS won the major BRAVEST Award, as well as accolades for the THE POP CHOICE ANDY, BRAVERY, CRAFT, and IDEA categories.

“Back to School” by BBDO New York for Sandy Hook Promise have also received a major award, namely for the Social Good category and Idea.

  • “Changing The Game” by McCann New York for Microsoft: BRAVERY, CRAFT, IDEA, RESET
  • “The E.V.A. Initiative” by Forsman & Bodenfors for Volvo Cars: BRAVERY, IDEA, RESET
  • “Go Back to Africa” by FCB/SIX for Black & Abroad: BRAVERY, IDEA, RESET
  • “The Look” by Saturday Morning for Procter & Gamble: BRAVERY, IDEA, RESET
