Decode the East Asia jury’s perspective with the adobo Magazine x 2024 Gerety Awards Insights Panel on June 13

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Building on the momentum of the Gerety Awards‘ shortlist reveal on June 11, adobo Magazine is set to host a panel discussion featuring prominent women from the East Asia advertising industry. Titled “adobo Talks x Gerety Awards 2024: East Asia Executive Jury Insights Panel,” the live stream will take place on June 13 at 4:00 pm PHT, offering viewers a peek behind the Gerety jury room.

The Gerety Awards, named after advertising legend Frances Gerety who famously coined the phrase “A diamond is forever,” is the first award show to utilize an all-female jury to select the year’s best advertising campaigns. Unlike other award shows, the Gerety Awards approach goes beyond advertising specifically targeted towards women, instead judging all entries “through the female lens.”

This live stream panel discussion will delve into the observations and insights of the East Asia Executive Jury members who participated in the 2024 Gerety Awards. Moderated by Angel Guerrero, Founder, President, and Editor-In-Chief of adobo Magazine, the panel promises an engaging conversation about the latest trends and standout campaigns that resonated with the jury.
