Boehringer Ingelheim taps Campaigns & Grey for Dulcolax regional campaign

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, MARCH 3, 2011 – Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the world’s top pharmaceutical companies, appointed Campaigns & Grey Philippines as its creative agency to handle the regional TV campaign for its laxative brand, Dulcolax. The award follows the global alignment through Grey Healthcare Group.

Headquartered in Germany, the Boehringer Ingelheim group is one of the world’s 20 leading pharmaceutical companies.

According to Mely Guerrero, Consumer Health Care Group brand manager, Boehringer Ingelheim, “Partnering with Campaigns & Grey on the regional TV campaign has been a challenging but rewarding venture. Campaigns & Grey embarked on the conceptualisation and production of a TVC and the first campaign was launched last February 26, 2011.

Boehringer Ingelheim also awarded the public relations mandate for Dulcolax to Campaigns & Grey’s public relations arm, Campaigns PR Inc. The pharmaceutical company joins Campaigns & Grey’s roster of clients which includes Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, Sara Lee, Pfizer, AXA, Sara Lee, Electrolux, Sun Cellular, SM Investments Corporation, Rockwell Land, Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. and Universal Robina Corp.
