PHILIPPINES, MARCH 22, 2011 – Before the Azkals became household names, admen met yearly for the Adobo Inter-Agency Football Cup. Now on its fourth year, the Adobo Cup will see ten teams from the advertising industry and related sectors go against each other at the University of Makati Football Field on Saturday, March 26, 2011, from 8am to 6pm.
Wear your FC colors proudly and cheer for your team. Sports channel Balls (royal blue), JWT Manila (teal), Leo Burnett Manila (green), defending champion Publicis (red), and the tandem of Virus and NuWorks Interactive (purple) are in Group A. Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO Guerrero/Proximity (white), NetBooster (black), Y&R (light blue), and the combined forces of DDB and DM9 (yellow) make up Group B.
For goodwill, for health, for fun, for pride, for the love of the game—any reason is a good reason to troop to UMak on March 26 and to score a few goals.
Filipino admen will get a kick out of the four posters that Ace Saatchi & Saatchi created to promote the Adobo Cup.

Balls TV will cover the Adobo Cup. McDonald’s will be available for sale on game day. Players will receive complimentary Gatorade.
