Omnicom Media Group China lifts Gloria Li to CEO of OPERA

ASIA-PACIFIC – SHANGHAI, CHINA, JULY 8, 2011 – Gloria Li has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Trading and Accountability Division known as OPERA, at Omnicom Media Group China. In her new role, Gloria will report to the CEO of Omnicom Media Group, China, Doug Pearce and President & COO of Omnicom Media Group, China, Ian Lee, and work closely with Siewping Lim, CEO, OMD China and Mark Heap, CEO, PHD China on client deliverables for both the agencies under the network. 
 
Commenting on the promotion, Elaine Ip, former CEO Omnicom Media Group, China, now Advisor, New Business Development China, Omnicom Group Inc, said, “Gloria has been instrumental in building our organization’s buying competitiveness, proven by OMD China’s six-years continuous ranking of A/ A+ by RECMA in their industry report and our extremely high client retention rate in a fiercely competitive market.”
