BANGKOK, THAILAND – Global socially-led creative agency We Are Social is making waves across Asia Pacific with a series of strategic moves, including the promotion of Suzie Shaw to APAC CEO and the launch of a new office in Thailand.

Suzie Shaw, who has led We Are Social Australia as CEO since 2015, steps into a new role as Asia Pacific CEO. She will continue to spearhead the Australian market while driving regional expansion, forging strategic partnerships, and elevating the agency’s creative and technological capabilities. With a focus on innovation, Shaw aims to help brands navigate the complex intersection of culture and social media in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Under Shaw’s leadership, We Are Social Sydney has flourished, growing to a team of over 60 and delivering award-winning campaigns for major brands like Samsung, Audi, adidas, and TikTok. As a key member of the Executive Management Board, she will report directly to Global Group CEO Toby Southgate.

Expanding its regional footprint, We Are Social has officially launched operations in Bangkok. The Thailand team, already working with clients such as L’Oréal, KFC, Warner Bros. Discovery, and T&B Media, brings a full-service offering across creative, strategy, PR, influencer marketing, and client services. With 19 professionals onboard and openings in tech and gaming, the team is actively shaping a dynamic creative ecosystem.

The Bangkok office is helmed by Patt Nitikarn as Managing Director and Nutchanun Chiaphanumas as Executive Creative Director – two creatives whose work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, Clios, and D&AD, among others.
