MANILA – RTL CBS Entertainment HD has launched a dedicated feed for the Philippines on February 1, 2015. The separate feed comes just over year after the Channel’s launch in the country.

The launch of the dedicated Philippine feed follows the Channel’s entry into Hong Kong through a carriage deal on PCCW’s now TV platform and the announcement of the premiere of House of Cards Season 3 in the region on the same day as the show’s U.S. release. RTL CBS Entertainment HD will air all 13 chapters (episodes) of the third season of the critically-acclaimed and award-winning series with a watchathon on February 28 from 4:00 p.m. After the weekend watchathon, the series will air weekly every Wednesday at 9:55pm beginning on March 4.
RTL CBS Entertainment HD’s line up of programs delivered within hours of its US broadcast include Entertainment Tonight, the most watched entertainment news magazine in the world; The Insider, the Late Show with David Letterman (on its final season); and the highest rated new drama series on CBS, Scorpion. The Channel is also home to Oscar® winner Halle Berry’s new series Extant. In March, the Channel will bring to audiences in the region the new Matthew Perry sitcom, The Odd Couple, close to its US premiere.
RTL CBS Entertainment HD also has exclusive pay TV carriage of a glittering lineup of the entertainment industry’s most important award shows including the Billboard Music Awards, the Hollywood Film Awards, the People Magazine Awards, the American Music Awards, the Critics’ Choice Awards and the Golden Globe Awards.
