THE PHILIPPINES, APRIL 23, 2012: A total of two works from the Philippines by DDB Philippines and BBDO Guerrero | Proximity Philippines will be included in the 50th D&AD Annual to be published in September 2012.
Announced in the recently concluded D&AD Awards 2012, the two works that garnered In-Book recognition are DDB’s "Fine China" for Advance Paper Corporation in the Illustration category and BBDO Guerrero’s "Persistent Headache" for Bayer Philippines in the Press Advertising category.
"Fine China" has been lauded in other award shows such as in the Young Guns International Awards 2011, London International Awards, Araw Awards, and in the adobo Design Awards 2012.
"Persistent Headaches" had also garnered recognitions and nominatoins in different award shows such as AdStars 2011 and Adfest 2012 among others. Just last year, it won a Silver Lion at Cannes 2011.
