Leo Burnett veteran Alvin Tecson moves to Publicis Manila

MANILA – After over 13 years with Leo Burnett, creative director Alvin Tecson is joining Publicis Manila to lead the creative charge on Nescafe, the agency’s biggest account.

Tecson started his advertising career at Lowe (formerly Ammirati Puris Lintas) back in 1999. In 2001, he tried his luck at Leo Burnett Manila where he quickly rose through the ranks to become, at the time, the agency’s youngest creative director.

Aside from creating memorable work for McDonald’s, Camella Homes and the World Wildlife Fund, he and his team have consistently won major recognition at local and international shows. These include the Clio Awards, D&AD, Spikes Asia, the Busan AdStars and Kidlat, to name a few.

In 2010, Adobo Magazine identified Teczon as the Philippines’ 3rd top-ranking Creative Director. That same year, he was also honored by the Leo Burnett global network as one of a few Star Reachers from its offices all over the world.
