Publicis Groupe Vietnam has announced three senior leadership moves, strengthening its creative and business leadership as it accelerates growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets.
DuyAnh Nguyen joins Publicis Groupe Vietnam as General Manager, driving strategic business leadership for flagship clients. His career comes full circle, having first joined Publicis Groupe Vietnam over a decade ago. This time, he returns from mobility powerhouse Piaggio Vietnam where he was Head of Marketing.
Meanwhile, Kim Ngan Nguyen has been promoted as General Manager, Leo Vietnam, from her former role as Business Director.
“DuyAnh returns to Publicis Groupe Vietnam, only this time his client-side tenure gives him an invaluable edge in driving creative excellence and commercial results for our clients. As for Kim Ngan, she has spent most of her 12-year career within Publicis Groupe, and epitomises our approach to nurturing leaders from within. We are combining the best talents to accelerate our clients’ transformation, and create work that makes us proud,” explains Kate Bayona-Garcia, CEO at Publicis Groupe Vietnam.
Meanwhile, award-winning creative leader Thiti “Moss” Boonkerd joins Leo Vietnam as Executive Creative Director, relocating from Leo Thailand where he was Deputy Executive Creative Director.
At Leo Thailand, Boonkerd helped to steer some of the agency’s most awarded work, winning Cannes Lions Gold in 2024 plus Grand Prix and two Golds at One Asia 2025, amongst many other accolades.
“Moss brings exactly the kind of creative firepower we need to keep pushing Leo Vietnam forward. We know what he’s capable of, but what excites me most is everything we haven’t made yet. I can’t wait to see what we build together,” says Paolo Garcia, Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Groupe Vietnam.
Boonkerd relocates to Leo Vietnam as part of the Publicis Moves mobility program, introduced last July to nurture and retain talent through seamless internal moblity. Publicis Moves encourages people to explore different career paths within Publicis Groupe APAC’s network of 14 countries, across agency brands and capabilities.
All three appointments are effective immediately.
