Uniquely, Hello Sunshine is conceived as a brand in and of itself, as it is a value-led agency based on a single, powerful notion that "optimism is what drives successful brands and popular culture". Says Raillard, "Hello Sunshine is an agency that understands the darker the times, the greater the desire for optimism."

Raillard started his career at Mother, London in 1998. In 2002, he moved to BBH London to run the planning for Axe Europe, developing campaigns such as Axe Pulse, which was awarded both a Silver and the “Best Media” award at the prestigious IPA competition for most effective communications. At the end of 2004, Raillard relocated to BBH Singapore to head up the planning department and manage the communication strategies of Levi’s, British Airways and Johnnie Walker, after which he moved to Ogilvy to be Group Executive Planning Director.

Ng spent her early career years across Washington DC, London and NY, working in creative shops BBH and Ogilvy, for brands such as Nike and Levi’s. Her time in advertising has made her a voracious curator and dissector of pop culture. In 2009, Ng launched four shows ranging from her first solo collage exhibition entitled ‘Singapore Cuts’ to commissioned light installations at both The White Rabbit and Loof. She was also one of the artists to have her work curated for the Singapore Art Show 2009 at the Singapore Art Museum. In 2010, her 2nd solo show, ‘WALTER,’ received more accolades for its controversial guerilla content and provocative form.
