MANILA, OCTOBER 29, 2012 – Convergys Philippines has launched its first TV commercial in the Philippines, saluting thousands of Filipinos working in the business process outsourcing industry.

Convergys enlisted the help of Seven AD in narrating the sacrifices and aspirations of thousands of BPO agents – "heroes" – in the country through the 60-second ad entitled ‘Pedestal’.
For ‘Pedestal’, Convergys held a more serious and personal tone for the TVC, in contrast to the usual fun, perky approach by most companies to attract young jobseekers.
