JWT Singapore wins MediaCorp’s OTT Internet Protocol service

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, MAY 3, 2011—JWT Singapore has been appointed to create an advertising campaign for the launch of MediaCorp’s OTT Internet Protocol television service. OTT (Over The Top), to be introduced in the second half of 2011, refers to the benefit of the service, allowing people to view programmes and content in addition to what’s available through their traditional TV service. It will be delivered over broadband connection and available on multiple screens including TV sets, PCs, tablet devices and mobile phones.
 
The launch campaign will use a full mix of TV, online, print, and outdoor elements.
 
Speaking on the win, Angus Fraser, JWT Singapore managing director stated, “MediaCorp is at the forefront of innovation with OTT. We are proud to be in the privileged position of introducing such a groundbreaking service with them.”
